Staged Reading at WGA

The lights were on, the audience was ready and the cast was excited to perform. It was my first staged reading and it was a blast, and what better place to perform then the one and only Writer's Guild of America.
I had a wonderful time performing as Liz, the spunky Matriarch in a staged reading at the Writer's Guild of America for the screenplay "Christmas Karma, " a quirky story of a dysfunctional family at Christmas time. This fantastic funny script written by Gerald Everett Jones and directed by Chuck Marra. The evening was a huge success and it gave all of us "A Little bit of Christmas in July."
